Archer-DMS is a DMS system, easily accessed through a web browser, supporting services related to storage
and archiving of paper and electronic documents.

Thanks to the system it is possible to transit your documents with on-line access,  archive payroll
documents, organize the entire collection, conduct professional destruction documentation on all types of
media. Moreover, the system can automatically generate all kind of reports and statistics.

Orders module

  • Orders module allows customers to order services related to sending or scanning of original documents available in the archives.
  • The customer can search for documents using a search engine: Archer DMS.
  • You can outsource the preparation of several documents at once.
  • Each order is handled by the archivist.
  • Customer and Archivist is informed by e-mail of the deposit and change order status.
  • The archivist has access to all the functionality of the Archer DMS system.

Scanning

  • Scan directly from MFPs and scanners.
  • Single scan with many output destinations (eg. folder, e-mail, database, another DMS).
  • Central management of all documents/records.
  • Advanced scanning with automatic quality improvement.
