Aurea Workflow System provides basic functions for manual process and task execution. It is intended for small and medium-sized companies (10 to 15 users).
It is supplied with a set of predefined processes, such as:
- Service Request,
- Holiday Request,
- Purchasing Request,
- Invoice Management.
The processes are ready to run immediately after installation. Modifications of predefined processes made to meet the specific needs of your company are made by our consultants, and the changes are implemented on-line. Aurea Workflow enables you to track the processes and tasks execution. The status of selected processes and tasks can be saved to a file in a convenient format. Every business process carries data. Changes made in process data are visible immediately after starting a new version of the process business model. Process tasks appear on the task lists of users assigned to those tasks. You may delegate the task to another person or request assistance in the implementation. All these activities are recorded in the system.
Aurea Workflow can be expanded by adding additional modules to accurately fulfill the company's needs. Along with the growing needs of the company, you can easily expand the system. The transition between versions is done by adding functionality from a higher version for an additional charge.
